If any LaserCare cartridge is found to be defective, LaserCare will replace the cartridge or refund the full purchase price as appropriate. Original manufacturer warranties are NOT voided when you use remanufactured toner cartridges. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 states that the warranty cannot be voided because of the use of aftermarket products. This is commonly known as the Act’s “anti-tying” provision because it prevents a manufacturer from “tying” its warranty to the use of specific products. Each year, millions of empty toner and inkjet cartridges are sent to landfills and incinerators. The average new laser toner cartridge requires the burning of about 3 quarts of oil to manufacture. Buying remanufactured toner and inkjet cartridges – and recycling empty cartridges – is an easy way to reduce the environmental impact of these discarded products, while providing you with substantial savings.

By reusing qualified virgin cores, the manufacturers of our compatible laser toner cartridges have diverted more than 10 million pounds of debris from our landfills and saved close to 150 million quarts of oil so far.

Each empty cartridge LaserCare receives must meet OEM standards before it is acceptable for remanufacturing. Cartridges that don’t meet our high standards are broken down and recycled. None of the cartridges we receive are sent to landfills.
